Katherine and John are at the ages where they LOVE animals. I'm not sure if all kids are like this, but my kids can not get enough, it is very sweet.
Jim and I enjoy going to the Zoo and often before we had our kids we would spend time at the Washington Zoo.
Now we have the Philly Zoo not far from our home, and we have spent some time there and I have to say, it is my favorite. The Philly Zoo has a lot to offer for children of all ages. The 4 of us truly could have stayed for days.
Here are a few pictures from our time there. We can not wait to go back once the temperatures cool down a bit;-)
