Jim spent a couple hours on Christmas Eve doing his part to make sure the world (or at least the people that drive down Crestwood Drive) knows when Gigi arrives. As you can see from the pictures, he created a 6'0" tall stork (aka Stephen the Stork) to announce Gigi's arrival. Stephen the Stork will take a prominent position in our front yard, displaying all of Gigi's vitals. Stephen is now in Pennsylvania, as Christina uses her artist talents to give him color (and some clothes). She will also be responsible for filling in the vitals when we are at the hospital.

Jim working hard to bring Stephen the Stork to Life

Gotta love power tools

"Naked" Stephen the Stork in our back yard. Once Gigi is born, Stephen will display Gigi's vitals from a bundle that he carries with his beak.

Very Cute!
Is Stephen back at home and painted?
Don't they sell storks now? Or was it the challenge you wanted, Jim?
Very artsy by the way!! Can't wait to see it painted!
Yeah, storks are availble to rent, but I preferred the challenge. Christina is still putting the final touches on Stephen. She'll bring him down when Gigi is born.
